Employee assistance programmes
Some organisations have employee assistance programmes, which allow any employee to call an external organisation such as h2 Natural Health to obtain advice or treatment, usually for conditions not normally covered by medical insurance, such as smoking cessation, eating disorders, or behavioural or emotional problems. If the employer does not want to incur the cost of such a programme an alternative approach would be to have us come to your premises to give assistance to employees but at the employee’s cost.

He is also PVG disclosure Scotland checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.Harry comes from a corporate management background; understands the pressures and demands placed on managers, supervisors and coaches, and he also knows the impact of personal stress and anxiety in the workplace.

Clients who wish to seek reimbursement will need to check that their employer's plan covers the treatment concerned before commencing therapy.
