In accordance with the latest advice from the UK / Scottish Governments, h2 Natural Health / h2 Hypnotherapy are no longer able to provide face to face consultations with clients for any of our services. We ARE however available for both new and existing clients ONLINE using Skype or Zoom. This online service is suitable for CBT, coaching (e.g. anxiety), our Ascent fear of flying programme, natural health consultations and follow-on appointments for clients who have already had a food intolerance test. If in any doubt, please ask. This situation will prevail until the UK / Scottish Governments relax the current restrictions on non-essential movement and social distancing.
